New Customer Service Strategy

Our new Ops Manager Greg Paffard has hit the ground sprinting. Since starting in July, he has been working really hard, getting to know our customers, partners, staff and capabilities. He’s now in the process of refining our Professional Services and Customer Support Strategy to respond to your evolving needs.
