Now, following a sharp spike in sales, we’ve adapted our service team to make sure we’re effectively supporting new installations, while continuing to deliver the same, superior level of service to customers with established STL solutions:

  • Gareth Sutherland has moved from managing the help desk, into the project delivery function where the team is using our new and unique STL PRO delivery methodology to ensure installations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Ali Syed, one of our Senior Analysts, has taken Gareth’s place to lead customer support.
  • Simon Morley, one of our Software Support Analysts, is stepping up to the senior role to work alongside Ali.

Meanwhile, we’re continuing to strengthen our UK-based support team, committed to further building  our reputation for industry-leading expertise, responsiveness and friendliness.
